HERITAGE RESORTS & GOLF unveils a stellar lineup for 2024!
Bel Ombre, March 2024 – Gourmets and connoisseurs, mark your calendars! Heritage Resorts & Golf , the ultimate destination nestled in the luxuriant nature of the wild south, has prepared an exceptional calendar of culinary events for 2024. Featuring a constellation of some twenty Michelin-starred chefs, each promising a monthly voyage into the world of taste and excellence. Heritage Resorts & Golf has kicked off the new year on an auspicious note, already welcoming renowned talents to launch its 2024 culinary program. Recently, Eric Canino (two Michelin stars) and Louis Bertignac were featured for a special dinner-concert at Le Château de Bel Ombre and Heritage Le Telfair. Bertignac, the lead singer of the legendary French group Téléphone from the 1970s and 1980s, performed his greatest hits in an intimate setting, accompanied by Chef Canino’s exquisite cuisine.
The 2024 Culinary Calendar unveiled by Heritage Resorts & Golf offers guests and future visitors a close-up view of the exclusive gastronomic experiences planned throughout the year. This initiative aims to empower guests to plan and maximize their stay at Bel Ombre, taking full advantage of the exceptional culinary moments offered by the brand. These monthly rendezvous with world-renowned chefs demonstrate Heritage Resorts & Golf’s commitment to nurture gastronomic excellence and reinforce its reputation as a premier gourmet destination.

Wine enthusiasts can also look forward to wine pairing dinners in April at Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort with Thibault Sombardier (one Michelin star), along with wines from Dorrance Winery in South Africa and Maison de Montille from France. Hugo Riboulet, the winner of Top Chef 2023, will host a dinner at Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort in early May. Furthermore, in August, Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort will welcome Europe’s finest cheese maker, Belgian Frederic Van Tricht, for an exceptional wine and cheese pairing. All in all, it promises to be a feast for the taste buds!
The third edition of Semaine de la Gastronomie Durable (Sustainable Gastronomy Week), a flagship event in Heritage Resorts & Golf’s culinary calendar, will be held this year in October, with Chef Thibaut Spiwack as special guest. With one Michelin star and one green star, Thibaut Spiwack will chair the jury and bring his creative, daring, and responsible touch to the competition, all characteristics found in his cuisine at his Parisian restaurant - Anona.
After a successful first edition in 2023, Semaine Ile Bourbon will feature the participation of Jehan Colson, Kevene Marimoutou, and Georgios Spandos. The trio will showcase the very best of Reunion rich cuisine.
