- What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
- Can I dine in all restaurants within Bel Ombre Territory?
Guests have access to all restaurants across Bel Ombre Territory. Some restaurants may incur additional charges, with à la carte menus available at preferential rates.
- What facilities are available for babies (0–3 years)?
A complimentary baby club is available for children aged 0 to 3, open daily from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The service is supervised by trained baby nurses. Advance booking (12 hours prior) is required.
- Are water sports included?
The Cabana nautical centre offers a selection of complimentary activities such as windsurfing, kayaking, snorkelling and glass-bottom boat trips.Additional activities, including kitesurfing, catamaran cruises and stand-up paddle, are available at an extra cost.
- What are the golf fees?
The Heritage Golf Club offers equipment rental, lessons with a PGA professional, night golf sessions and SNAG (at extra cost).Green fees and buggy rental are payable directly at the hotel or villas. Rates may vary depending on the period and package booked.Guests on Gourmet Bliss and Premium All Inclusive plans benefit from included privileges.

The spa features 20 treatment rooms, including indoor and outdoor spaces. Facilities include a vitality pool, chilled pool, hammams, sauna, relaxation areas, hair salon, bridal room and a dedicated treatment room for children. Wellness walks in the Frédérica Nature Reserve are also available at an additional cost.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation applies up to 7 days prior to arrival.In case of no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
