For its 3rd edition, Heritage Resorts & Golf is thrilled to renew its promise of an exceptional culinary experience that celebrates products from the Mauritian terroirand sustainable practices. Following the footsteps of renowned Michelin-starred chefs Christian Têtedoie and Thomas Collomb, this year's Sustainable Gastronomy Week will be presided over by the talented Thibaut Spiwack. Holding both a Michelin star and a prestigious Green Michelin star, Chef Spiwack is renowned for his creative, daring, and responsible gourmet cuisine.
