La Réserve Golf Links enhances the world-class golf
Returning for his second appearance since 2017, the 2010 Open champion is poised to showcase his winning form. The four-day event kicks off on Thursday, promising an exciting spectacle concluding on Sunday. Oosthuizen's confidence is further fueled by his intimate knowledge of the La Réserve Golf Links course, a collaborative design effort with Peter Matkovich.
Expressing his anticipation for the week, Oosthuizen shared, "I’m really looking forward to this week. My family traveled to Mauritius before me, and when I arrived, we had a few cocktails to celebrate my recent victory."
Adding to the tournament's allure, the field includes defending champion Antoine Rozner, Heritage Golf Club ambassador Marcel Siem, recent DP World Tour champion Matthieu Pavon, the spirited Andrew 'Beef' Johnston returning from injury, and former champion Dylan Frittelli.
The rising stars of the Sunshine Tour, including Luca Filippi, Kyle Barker, Rupert Kaminski, Robin Williams, Jayden Schaper, Casey Jarvis, and Ryan van Velzen, promise to deliver a fascinating competition.
La Réserve Golf Links enhances the world-class golf offerings in southern Mauritius and the renowned Bel Ombre estate. Heritage Golf Club, having hosted the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open thrice on its acclaimed Le Château Golf Course, continues to be a beacon for premier golfing experiences.
