One of the highlights of this menu is the ravioli with tomato sauce and fresh herbs. This menu, available at the Italian restaurant Kuzini, can be easily reproduced at home to the delight of your loved ones.

Recipe: Ravioli with tomato sauce and fresh herbs.

Ingredients:

– Fresh ravioli (300g)

– Tomatoes (300g)

– Tomato concentrate (1 tbsp)

– Onion (100g)

– Garlic (10g)

– Oregano (1 pinch)

– Basil (120g)

– Olive oil (4 tbsp)

– Parmesan cheese (100g)

Preparation

1. Scald the tomatoes to remove the skin, then chop coarsely.

2. Place the tomatoes, chopped onion and crushed garlic in a saucepan over a medium heat.

3. Add the herbs, half the basil, tomato paste, olive oil, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over a low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the herbs and blend the sauce.

4. Cook the ravioli according to instructions, drain and serve with the homemade tomato sauce. Garnish with the remaining basil leaves.

5. Finally, grate a generous amount of Parmesan cheese over the top.
