Jossy’s journey at Heritage Le Telfair began in 2016 as a Guest Relations Officer. Since then, she has excelled in her roles, progressing through various positions including Deck Supervisor, Shift Leader for Guest Relations and Reception, and Senior Resident Host. In 2022, she was appointed Assistant Guest Relations Manager. Her academic background in Tourism, Hospitality, and Leisure Management enriches her expertise, making her an invaluable pillar of Heritage Le Telfair’s operational team.
