About the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open
The AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open will be back from the 15th of December 2022 to the 18th of December 2022 and will be hosted at Mont Choisy Le Golf for the first time.
This will earmark the kick off of the 2023 golf season which will start with South Africa in November, right after the 2022 Final in Dubaï.
This tournament is one of the rarest tri-sanctioned tournament, meaning it forms part of the European Tour, the Sunshine Tour (South Africa) and the Asian Tour.
The last edition took place in Bel Ombre at Heritage Golf Club from the 5th to the 8th December 2019, where the Danish Rasmus Højgaard has won the play-off against the Italian Renato Paratore and the French Antoine Rozner.
Heritage Resorts is the Title Sponsor and host venue of the tournament since 2015. Next edition in Bel Ombre is planned for 2023, on the new golf course La Réserve.
