Heritage Resorts & Golf is delighted to unveil its Wellness and Golf 2026 calendars, showcasing an ambitious programme that brings together international wellness experts and world-renowned golf coaches in the pristine natural setting of Bel Ombre, in the south of Mauritius. Throughout 2026, guests will be invited to immerse themselves in wellness experiences designed to nurture both body and mind, providing the opportunity to reconnect with oneself, and learn from some of the finest international golf coaches on Heritage Resorts & Golf’s two iconic courses.
The 2026 Wellness calendar spans Heritage Awali Golf, Heritage Le Telfair, and the gardens of Château de Bel Ombre, offering retreats and themed weeks led by internationally acclaimed instructors. Guests of all levels can enjoy Pilates, yoga, and holistic practices designed to slow down, reconnect, and restore harmony.
NOURISH THE BODY, RESTORE THE MIND
The year opens in late February with French Pilates instructor Lugdivine Meytre, whose sessions focus on balance, fluidity, and gentle strengthening. Participants can regain energy, lightness, and well-being in daily life.
In April, UK-based instructor Sasha Morgan will offer an intuitive approach blending yoga, Pilates, barre, and meditation, encouraging self-expression and a deeper connection with one’s own sensations.
From 30 September to 2 October, British international yoga instructor Tara Lee will guide participants with teaching imbued with sensitivity and authenticity, fostering a personalised balance of body and mind.
From 26 November to 1 December, Austrian coach Kati Mairhofer will lead sessions combining yoga and meditation. Finally, in December, Michaela Krauss, a specialist in Yin Yoga and holistic practices, will offer a profoundly restorative experience, helping guests approach the year’s end with clarity, calm, and vitality.
GOLF MASTERCLASSES AT HERITAGE GOLF CLUB

The 2026 Golf calendar invites enthusiasts to experience Heritage Golf Club’s two exceptional courses – Le Château Golf Course and La Réserve Golf Links – through an exclusive series of masterclasses with elite international professionals. The series begins from 28 February to 2 March 2026 with Renaud Poupard, a French PGA coach with over 15 years’ experience, hosting two masterclasses at La Réserve Golf Links, voted Best Golf Course in the Indian Ocean at the 2025 World Golf Awards.
During March, former elite junior and French national team member Romain Béchu will offer his creative and bold approach to Heritage Golf Club members and guests, combining technical precision with flair to elevate the game. In July and October, Franco-British PGA professional and Heritage Resorts & Golf Ambassador Lewis Wallace will lead masterclasses focused on consistency, confidence, and enjoyment on the courses.
Finally, also in October, Joel Bernard, professional golf coach and PGA France member with 30 years of experience, will share his technical and strategic expertise to help
golfers refine their game with confidence and precision.
