- How many bedrooms do the villas have?
2-bedroom villas (200 m2) for 4 people maximum
3-bedroom villas (180 - 220 m2) for 6 people maximum
4-bedroom villas (250 - 350 m2) for 8 people maximum
- What is included in my villa?
A spacious terrace with a seating area, dining table, sun loungers, infinity pool, gazebo and barbecue.
An open-air tropical garden offering a stunning view over the golf course and the ocean.
Lots of interior space with a living room, dining room, kitchen and utility room (with an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer…).

Heritage The Villas are designed for “à la carte” holidays:
As a resident of Heritage The Villas, you will benefit from a 20% discount on meals excluding drinks in our restaurants and bars at Bel Ombre Territory, except at Le Château de Bel Ombre, Boma and special evening menus.
Option to have a chef in your villa.
Selection of food products and drink cartons to stock up your fridge.
Order meals and set menus to be delivered to your villa.
Half board for €45 per adult and €22,50 for children under 12.
You can do your shopping and cook your meals yourself.

Baby Timomo for infants from 0 to 2 years (run by nannies who have first aid qualifications and have been trained in childcare)
Timomo and Friends Kids Club for children from 2 to 11 years.
Teens programme for teenagers from 12 to 18 years.
Babysitting packages in the villa (packages including from 18 hours to 48 hours of babysitting that may be used on demand during your stay)
