Jean Luc Naret hands over the keys of Heritage Resorts to Pascal Prigent

Heritage Resorts welcomed a new Chief Operation Officer (COO) on the Domaine de Bel Ombre in early July 2014. You have not met him yet? Well you will run into him on the Domaine’s beautiful avenues soon enough.

But who is Pascal Prigent? Pascal Prigent participated in the opening and management of prestigious resorts worldwide (England, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Beijing, Maldives and Malaysia) but Mauritius has a special place in his rich career in luxury hospitality.

His career? Besides various management positions in hotels like Le Paradis, Beau Rivage, Anahita The Resort and most recently, the Angsana Balaclava Mauritius, he was director of operations for the Veranda Leisure & Hospitality (VLH) group from 2003 to 2007. During his tenure, he played a key role in the opening of Heritage Awali in October 2004 and the reopening of Veranda Pointe aux Biches in November 2006.

His strengths? His extensive experience (more than 33 years in the luxury hospitality sector), his attention to detail and his knowledge of the Mauritian people and culture.

His vision? Pascal Prigent plans to continue with projects implemented in the recent years, including those intended to enhance the unique concept of the Domaine de Bel Ombre: The Domaine of Experiences. He also wants to maintain the standard and reputation of Heritage Resorts as a reference in the luxury hospitality sector in Mauritius. His two key ingredients to offer a high quality service: passion and consistency.

SAYING GOODBYE TO JEAN-LUC NARET
Pascal Prigent succeeds to Jean-Luc Naret who performed for three years on the stage of the Domaine de Bel Ombre, before leaving his position to pursue his international tour.

A special thought for the man who has, since August 2011, worked towards the synergy between all Heritage Resorts’ entities and the leisure activities on the Domaine, and who has developed the tourism potential of this offer which is still new and unique for the Mauritian tourism landscape.

Heritage Resorts welcomes Mr. Prigent and wishes a pleasant journey to Jean-Luc Naret!
