1. What you can call a real feast: This is the time of year where you can indulge and lose control, so why not cook your favourite dishes. The best way of thinking of your New Year resolution is by indulging in the triple chocolate cake…
2. Good friends but mainly true friends: This is very important! When you prepare your guest list, think about this crucial moment when you will be singing out loud Rihanna’s last hit with the attitude that goes with it… Believe me you don’t want this performance to become the laughing stock on Youtube.
3. A place that calls for dreams: On the beach around a bonfire, lying on the beach gazing at the starry sky or party on a boat, only for those who are not seasick. It doesn’t really matter where you are going, the most important thing is to make this evening special!
4. Music! If you choose to organise an outdoor party, bring your good friend who plays guitar along with you. If he is not available because he chose to attend another party without inviting you, start by writing him off your list of friends and then get yourself a mini speaker that you can plug into your iPhone. You will have your fifteen minutes of fame as a Madonna lookalike.
